About the Role We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electronics Technician to ensure the peak performance of our automated production systems. You will play a vital role in maximizing operational uptime by performing precision diagnostics, system maintenance, and proactive equipment optimization. Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve complex electrical malfunctions to minimize downtime and restore system integrity. Drive process reliability by identifying root causes and implementing technical improvements to cycle times. Interpret and utilize detailed electrical schematics to maintain and upgrade control systems. Service and calibrate critical components including PLCs, variable frequency drives, servo motion controllers, and solid-state sensors. Manage the programming and minor adjustments of robotic systems to support production requirements. Coordinate with external vendors to source parts and leverage technical expertise for advanced equipment troubleshooting. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma supplemented by at least 2 years of college or technical trade school. Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in industrial equipment maintenance and repair. Demonstrated proficiency in the installation, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic control systems. Preferred Skills Advanced knowledge of pneumatic control systems and integrated automation. Experience with Fanuc robotic systems or similar industrial automation platforms. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and system efficiency.
