What We Expect:
Personable, good with customers Organized, good note taker Experienced across multiple trades like electrical, plumbing, siding, roofing, framing, drywall, flooring, etc Valid drivers license and own a truck or work van Excel in attention to detail Job description: The ideal candidate should have experience and understanding of the following: Appliance installation (e.g. over range microwaves, dishwashers, garbage disposals) Roofing (minor repairs, patches, sealing) Basic Carpentry Siding repairs Drywall (hanging, patching, mudding) Painting (interior and exterior) Flooring (LVP installation, subfloor repair) Leak detection and repair Basic plumbing (fixture replacements, toilet installs, faucet repairs) Door/window installation
What We're Looking For:
Comfortable working in a faith-based environment Valid driver's license & reliable transportation Clean criminal record Experience with home repairs and handyman work Doesn't need to own every tool — but pay reflects what you bring to the table A leader in the making — someone who can eventually run a crew Teachable, dependable, and excited to grow with the company
Pay:
We pay hourly plus commission/bonuses on jobs completed. An experienced repair technician that completes jobs without call backs and has experience across all trades could make $1,000 to $1,500 per week. This is a unique opportunity to help build something from the ground up with purpose and vision.
Pay:
Up to $104,000.00 per year
