Module Technicians play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and uptime of equipment used in advanced semiconductor manufacturing. This position supports multiple fab areas—including Ion Implant, Thin Films, Etch, etc—and requires strong technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to operational excellence. $2,500 High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or related field preferred Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting Willingness to work night shifts and adjust schedules for training or business needs Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, vacuum technology, and plasma physics. Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
