We are looking for all levels of Electro-Mechanical Technicians to help service our existing equipment and assist with the installation and service of new automation. Summary The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems and components, along with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment on our production floor. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and practical skills, as you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of systems within our facility. On-the-job training provided.

SCHEDULE

A shift and B shift positions available, overtime shifts available. Responsibilities

• Install, set up, repair and maintain equipment including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Perform Preventive and Planned Maintenance of mechanical and/or electrical equipment including but not limited to; cleaning, inspecting, setup, diagnosing, rebuilding, replacement and testing.
• Respond to calls from the production floor; diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
• Work within the maintenance team to accurately communicate and document events so that others have the most effective information to solve problems.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by working with manufacturers/technicians and attending educational workshops/classes
• Must be decisive and have the ability to effectively make decisions based on a wide variety of clearly defined procedures and standard practices.
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal, communication (written and oral) and team-oriented skills are essential.
• Basic computer literacy and math skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with manufacturing equipment including 3 phase motors, control wiring, 24VDC, 120VAC, 208/220VAC, 480VAC
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Understanding of software pertaining to

PLC Programming Pay:

$25.00 - $50.00 per hour
