The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing smartphones, tablets, computers, and gaming consoles. This position requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced repair environment , can accurately diagnose device issues, perform quality repairs, and communicate professionally with customers. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and understands the importance of completing repairs correctly, efficiently, and professionally . Responsibilities Diagnose and repair iPhones, Samsung Galaxy devices, Google Pixel phones, and other smartphones . Perform common repairs including screen replacements, battery replacements, charging ports, cameras, speakers, microphones, back glass, housings, and other components . Diagnose and repair iPads and other tablets . Diagnose and perform repairs on laptops and computers , including hardware and software-related issues. Diagnose and repair PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and other gaming consoles . Perform console services such as HDMI port replacement, overheating diagnosis, deep cleaning, thermal maintenance, and other hardware repairs when qualified. Troubleshoot iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS software and hardware issues. Properly test devices before and after every repair to ensure full functionality. Accurately document repair findings, work performed, parts used, and device condition. Maintain an organized and clean repair workstation. Handle customer devices carefully and professionally. Explain repair options, pricing, and technical issues to customers in a clear and professional manner. Assist customers with device setup, data transfers, software updates, and general troubleshooting when necessary. Follow company repair procedures, quality-control standards, and warranty policies. Help maintain repair-part inventory and notify management when commonly used parts are running low. Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a professional store environment. Requirements Previous experience with cell phone or electronics repair is strongly preferred . Strong knowledge of smartphone hardware and common device failures. Experience repairing Apple and Android devices . Ability to safely disassemble and reassemble electronic devices. Comfortable using professional repair tools, heat equipment, multimeters, soldering equipment, and diagnostic tools when applicable. Microsoldering or motherboard-level repair experience is a major plus, but not required. Gaming console and computer repair experience is a plus. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work efficiently while handling multiple repair tickets. Strong communication and customer service skills. Reliable, punctual, professional, and able to work well as part of a team. Willingness to learn new repair techniques and keep up with newer devices and technology.
