This is a travel-based, full-time direct-hire opportunity. Candidates may live anywhere in the U.S., and relocation is not required. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with fusion splicing, OTDR testing, ribbon fiber, loose tube fiber, and troubleshooting fiber networks in both aerial and underground environments. Responsibilities Perform fusion splicing on OSP fiber optic networks Complete ribbon fiber and loose tube splicing Conduct fiber testing and troubleshooting using OTDR, power meters, and light source equipment Read splice diagrams, cut sheets, and construction documentation Work in both aerial and underground fiber environments Maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards Document test results and project completion information Requirements Proven OSP Fiber Splicing experience Fusion splicing experience beyond simple drop installations Experience with ribbon and loose tube fiber OTDR testing and troubleshooting experience Experience working in aerial and underground fiber environments Ability to read splice diagrams and cut sheets Willingness to travel on a 3-4 week rotation Strong attendance and reliability Compensation & Benefits $30 - $36 per hour $150 per day per diem Full-time direct hire Long-term project opportunities Nationwide travel assignments Future project opportunities available after completion of current assignments Location Nationwide Travel Position Candidates may reside anywhere in the United States.
