Job Description

We're looking for a motivated Quick Lane Automotive Technician to join our team! This position is for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in their work, and wants the opportunity to make money while continuing to grow their automotive skills. Our Quick Lane handles much more than just oil changes. We're looking for a technician who can properly inspect vehicles, identify needed maintenance and repairs, and get the work done efficiently and correctly. What you'll be doing: Perform routine maintenance and vehicle services Mount, balance, repair, and replace tires Perform wheel alignments Perform brake inspections and brake repairs Perform fluid exchanges and maintenance services Replace batteries, filters, wiper blades, bulbs, and other maintenance items Complete thorough multi-point inspections Diagnose and perform light mechanical repairs Identify additional maintenance and repair needs Clearly communicate recommendations to Service Advisors Maintain accurate documentation of work performed Keep your work area and the shop clean and organized Work with other technicians to keep vehicles moving through the shop efficiently What we're looking for: Automotive repair or maintenance experience preferred Strong mechanical ability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality Willingness to learn and continue developing your skills Valid driver's license We stay busy, and we're looking for someone who wants to work.
