Job Description

The Apple Advanced Technologies Group is looking for a motivated electrical engineer to drive the design of next generation touch sensors. \\nOur group's objective is to enable the delivery of world class user experiences Apple products are famous for.\\nWe achieve this objective through the design and integration of high-precision, low-latency multi-touch and stylus sensors across several product lines.\\n\\nAs Apple products are continually evolving, we consistently face complex multi-disciplinary problems spanning such areas as:\\n-Circuit Analysis\\n-Electro-magnetics\\n-DSP\\n-Algorithm Development\\n-Material Science\\n-Manufacturing logistics\\n\\nOvercoming these problems requires creativity, sharp problem-solving skills, and strong EE fundamentals As a Touch Sensor Electrical Design & Integration Engineer, you will own the design and implementation of touch sensors, build models to understand key tradeoffs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sensor module solutions. Strong analog/mixed-signal/electro-magnetic fundamentals\nProficiency in FEA (Comsol, ANSYS, Maxwell), MATLAB, Python, SPICE, or similar simulation and modeling tools\nMinimum requirement of a bachelors degree Hands-on experience with system-level design\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nSolid teamwork and leadership skills\nPh.D or Masters degree in electrical engineering (or related field)
