Primary Responsibilities:
Demonstrates a personal commitment to Safety "IBiZ NOW" Maintains Rockwell
AOP, EDS
& Firmware Files Serves as an electrical SME resource to all departments in the mill Develops electrical project schedules and budgets Maintains RoyOMartin specifications Works with electrical department to create new equipment PMs Analyze and troubleshoot electrical control system Designs, coordinates, and commissions electrical projects Mentors, trains and provides technical assistance to plant electricians Maintains electrical drawings and documentation Works with vendors to stay current on the latest technologies Manage capital electrical projects and contractors Maintains plant arc flash studies and documentation
Job Experience:
Required skills, experience, and/or education: AC and DC power and control circuits Low Voltage motor control circuits. 3-phase 15KV and 480V switchgear Allen-Bradley programmable logic controls (PLCs) and variable frequency drives (VFDs) Allen Bradley Servos and Servo Drives NFPA70E arc flash requirements AutoCAD Short circuit studies Protective device coordination Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) PLC Networking and switches Experience with HMI Programming Experience with Process Instrumentation ex. PTs, TTs and FTs Desired skills, experience, and/or education: 5 years of experience working in an industrial environment Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or a Bachelor of Science in
