Virtual About the Role We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Advanced Products team and drive the development of next-generation mixed-signal electronic systems. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and validate high-performance hardware solutions supporting advanced RF and electronic products. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and customers to define requirements, create innovative designs, and contribute to new business opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who is passionate about creating cutting-edge hardware, solving complex technical challenges, and advancing emerging RF technologies in a hands-on development environment. What You'll Do Design and develop advanced mixed-signal electronic systems for high-performance applications. Create schematic designs and support PCB development from concept through production. Design and integrate high-speed communication interfaces, embedded processors, and FPGA-based solutions. Develop power electronics circuits, including high-power DC-DC converters and high-voltage switching systems. Perform hardware bring-up, validation, debugging, and performance verification. Conduct laboratory testing using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other electronic test equipment. Analyze technical challenges, troubleshoot hardware issues, and implement effective solutions. Collaborate with engineering teams, manufacturing partners, and customers throughout the product lifecycle. Support technical proposals and contribute to the development of new product concepts and technologies. Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, manufacturability, and quality requirements. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Experience designing and developing mixed-signal electronic systems. Strong understanding of schematic capture, circuit design, hardware verification, and system integration. Hands-on experience with electronic laboratory equipment, including oscilloscopes and multimeters. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex hardware systems and solve technical challenges. Preferred Qualifications Experience with high-speed digital communication protocols, including: 10G+ SerDes
I2C SPI UART
Knowledge of:
High-power DC-DC converter design High-voltage, high-speed switching circuits FPGA-based hardware design Embedded microprocessor circuit design Experience developing products for manufacturing and production environments. Familiarity with RF hardware systems and advanced electronic technologies. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
