Job Description

About the Role We're looking for a talented Controls Engineer to design and develop controls software for our robotic paint and sealer automation systems. You'll work on everything from initial design through customer commissioning, taking full ownership of projects from start to finish.
What You'll Do:
Design and implement
PLC/HMI/GUI
control systems Program and debug automation software Troubleshoot complex electrical and pneumatic systems Commission robotic systems on-site with customers Lead and mentor junior engineers Provide technical documentation and customer training Travel to customer facilities for installation and support
Must Have:
3+ years of PLC and/or PC software programming experience Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience Experience with systems engineering and robotic automation Strong troubleshooting and wiring knowledge Excellent communication skills Nice to
Have:
Siemens or Omron PLC programming experience Mitsubishi iQ-R or Rockwell background Virtual commissioning software experience (Process Simulate, Emulate3D) Leadership experience with technical teams Benefits 1.5x OT after 40 hours 18 days paid time off (8 holidays + 10 PTO)

$95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
