We're looking for a BIM Engineer with either electrical or mechanical chops that knows Revit. What You'll Do Create and maintain BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP systems. Prepare construction drawings, schematics, and documentation. Coordinate designs, identify clashes, and ensure accuracy. Review models for code compliance and project requirements. Support construction teams with installation and as-built documentation. Use tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, Rhino, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and similar software. What We're Looking For Experience with BIM and CAD software, particularly Revit or similar platforms. Strong understanding of construction drawings and technical plans. Knowledge of building codes and construction documentation. Experience with 3D modeling and visualization tools. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
