•$35.00 per hour Job Summary Agency 8 is partnering with an established control panel design and fabrication company to hire an Electrical Designer with hands-on AutoCAD Electrical experience . This role supports the engineering and production teams by creating accurate electrical drawings, schematics, and documentation for custom control panels, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and internal quality expectations. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, technically strong, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment where precision, collaboration, and craftsmanship are core values. Experience with control panel design and AutoCAD Electrical is required. Key Responsibilities Create detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts using AutoCAD Electrical. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and fabrication staff to ensure designs are accurate and manufacturable. Design/redesign OEM panels and custom panels per project requirements. Generate clear and accurate documentation for assembly and commissioning. Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications. Assist in continuous improvement of design processes and panel documentation. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in electrical design, preferably with control panels. Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical (required). Strong understanding of electrical controls, schematics, and panel layouts. Knowledge of industry standards and electrical codes. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team #REG1
