Pay Range:

$50 - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Support project execution, schedules, milestones, and technical deliverables. Coordinate development activities across engineering teams. Perform technical problem solving, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports. Analyze test results and support validation and verification activities. Interface with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Assist with risk management, metrics reporting, and project tracking. Support design validation through build and test activities.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Approximately 3 years of experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or electronics development. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related Engineering discipline (Preferred). Experience with product development, testing, or qualification activities (Preferred). Mechanical design and/or electronics/circuit card design experience (Preferred). Root cause and corrective action experience (Preferred). Familiarity with Microsoft Project, integrated master schedules (IMS), or project coordination activities (Preferred). Strong organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills (Preferred). Experience in aerospace, defense, electromechanical systems, EVMS, or manufacturing is a plus (Preferred).
