Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior Controls Engineer to support Distributed Control System (DCS) development, testing, startup, and commissioning activities for major power generation projects. This role will begin as a controls engineering position focused on DCS programming, logic development, graphics development, software testing, and simulator validation before transitioning into a site-based startup and commissioning role. The ideal candidate will have a strong controls engineering background, hands-on DCS experience, and the ability to support both engineering and field commissioning activities. Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid engineering environment initially and later supporting long-term onsite startup assignments at power generation facilities.
