Elite Engineers:

Undertake friendly debt resolution visits to support customers. Alternate between attending Warrants as the on-site engineer and acting as the Warrant Officer (always supported — never solo). Non-Elite (Dual Fuel Only): Focus purely on technical metering work — no Warrant or debt visits. What we need from Yü The right attitude! and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks. Safety first. Safe installation, exchange, commissioning, removal, and maintenance of metering systems, associated equipment, and communication systems. Able to deliver friendly, professional customer interactions, ensuring every visit reflects our values. Compliance focussed.
