Job Description:

We're looking for a RAN Wireless Subject Matter Expert with deep 4G/5G air interface and system-level expertise to support next-gen wireless product development and customer engagements. This is not a test engineer role - we need a systems-level thinker who can bridge product, performance, and customer requirements. What You'll Do Translate customer requirements ? system & feature requirements Perform deep analysis of 4G/5G call flows and protocols Analyze UE logs (QXDM, XCAL) to identify performance issues Support new product introductions & SW releases Lead technical deep-dive sessions with customers (carriers) Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and HQ teams Support pre-sales and solution design discussions What We're Looking For 12+ years of wireless experience (RAN focused) Strong expertise in 4G/5G air interface & performance Deep understanding of 3GPP standards (Rel-15/16 preferred) Hands-on experience with: UE log analysis (QXDM, XCAL) Protocol stack (PHY, MAC, RLC, PDCP, RRC) Experience with Massive MIMO, Beamforming, LTE-NR interworking Ability to convert business/customer needs into system requirements Strong communication and customer-facing experience Nice to Have Background with Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung, or similar OEMs Experience with virtualized networks Exposure to lab + field troubleshooting (IODT, chipset testing) What We're Looking For Strong field leadership and hands-on execution mindset Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities in a fast-paced environment Commitment to safety, quality, and on-time delivery Excellent communication with technical teams and stakeholders We are Connectors .
