Job DescriptionWe are looking for a technology leader who is passionate about creating a secure, scalable, and modern employee experience. As Senior Manager, Systems Engineering, you will own the strategy, architecture, and operational performance of Vuori's endpoint, identity, collaboration, enterprise storage, workplace technology, and productivity of AI platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring employees around the world can securely access the tools, information, and services they need to do their best work while enabling Vuori's continued global growth. What you'll get to do:

Own the roadmap and operational performance of endpoint management, identity, collaboration, enterprise storage, workplace technology, and productivity platforms. Lead the evolution of Vuori's Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related collaboration services. Drive identity and access management strategy through Microsoft Entra, authentication services, lifecycle management, and access governance. Establish standards for endpoint management, device lifecycle, application delivery, compliance, and endpoint security across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms. Own enterprise storage and collaboration services, ensuring scalability, governance, data protection, and lifecycle management. Lead workplace technology services including conference room technology, corporate AV, and collaboration experiences across global offices. Support Vuori's productivity AI strategy, driving adoption and governance of Microsoft 365 Copilot and emerging AI workplace technologies. Build and lead a high-performing engineering team while leveraging strategic partners to deliver scalable, globally consistent support. QualificationsWho you are:10+ years of experience managing enterprise systems, workplace technology, or infrastructure platforms. 5+ years leading engineering teams with responsibility for platform strategy, service delivery, and operational outcomes. Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online. Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, modern endpoint management, and device lifecycle services. Significant experience with Microsoft Entra ID, identity governance, authentication, and access management. Experience managing enterprise content, collaboration, and storage platforms at scale. Familiarity with workplace technology ecosystems, including Teams Rooms, conference room technologies, and AV platforms. Experience driving adoption, governance, and operational support for AI-powered productivity platforms. Additional InformationOur investment in you:

This role is bonus eligible.
