Identify and implement cost optimization strategies to improve margins. Partner with cost and program teams to meet targets. Drives best practices through documentation control policies and procedures. Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members. Education & Experience Recommended Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in engineering development and implementation, project planning tools and software packages, people management, or a related field. Compensation and Benefits The pay range for this role is $ 116,150.00- 171,350.
