Description:
The AVP, Digital Technologies is responsible for leading the technology side of customer facing digital initiatives in all aspects of Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF). This position requires a consumer & patient focused engineering leader with a strong delivery record. You will own the engineering and software development for all Digital & Consumer technology platforms and products at BHSF. This strategic leadership role is to define and own the technology strategy and rapid delivery of the digital product roadmap, including consumer and patient features, as well as other internal and clinical facing digital capabilities. The leader in this role will partner with senior leadership across BHSF and deliver an ambitious multi-year roadmap. Estimated salary range for this position is $247552.08 - $321817.70 / year depending on experience.

Masters.
Additional Qualifications:
MS Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Technology Management, Business Management, or related discipline. 5+ years of senior leadership experience in leadership of digital operations, applied innovation, experience design, and/or consumer experience. 15+ years of experience in product management, product delivery, product development environments, and/or management consulting. Experience in working with consumer facing products and/or applications. Experience in implementing enterprise grade digital systems, driving technology transformation, delivering capabilities by leveraging API services, integration capabilities, and AI. Experience in implementing Cloud Data platforms and delivering data capabilities with Cloud native services. Experience in leading teams that have developed and deployed ML models for classification, regression, and clustering with deep neural networks. Experience in leading teams that use infrastructure, services and platform services from
GCP, AWS.
Experience in leading CRM strategies and enabling capabilities of Salesforce. Deep understanding of digital trends and technology across mobility, content management and user experience, including web and enterprise-based systems development, deployment, and maintenance.
