Full-Time Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in healthcare, higher education, major commercial, government, and high-rise projects, who can drive results in fast-paced, high-impact environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of electrical construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution Oversee projects across healthcare facilities, universities, government buildings, high-rise, and large commercial developments Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents for accuracy and compliance Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and OSHA safety standards Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track
Qualifications:
5+ years of electrical construction project management experience Proven experience with healthcare, higher education, government, high-rise, or large commercial projects Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction workflows Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar tools Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills PMP certification preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Journeyman or Master Electrician license Design-build project experience

Salary:
