- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the engineering department
- Develop and implement maintenance programs and schedules for all building systems
- Supervise a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with other departments to address any engineering-related issues or projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to building systems
- Develop and maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for equipment repairs or installations

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within facilities management or engineering
