  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the engineering department
  • Develop and implement maintenance programs and schedules for all building systems
  • Supervise a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate with other departments to address any engineering-related issues or projects
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to building systems
