Medical, dental, visionSterling Engineering is looking for a BIM Manager in Lenexa, KS. This opportunity is with an industry leader supporting large-scale data center construction projects.
Job Duties:
Support a large-scale data center project expected to run 2-3 years Manage full BIM scope coordination with engineering teams, trade partners, and vendors Support field layout, model-based quantity takeoffs, and fabrication workflows Coordinate 3D models across all trades Review and interpret construction documents and submittals Utilize Autodesk products, Navisworks, BIM360/ACC, and Revit for project execution Travel to various project locations as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Engineering, or related field preferred Minimum 8 years of experience utilizing BIM-based workflows Minimum 8 years of Revit experience, including at least 4 years of full-time Revit use 3+ years of professional experience with Navisworks and
BIM360/ACC
