Job Description
In this position... Lead a team of Feature Systems Engineers within the Enclosures domain, driving the technical strategy, execution, and talent development needed to deliver next-generation Power Enclosure systems from concept through production. The Feature Systems Engineering Supervisor - Enclosures leads a team of Feature Systems Engineers (FSEs) responsible for the architecture, development, and delivery of Power Enclosure features across the vehicle lineup. This role combines strong technical ownership of the Enclosures feature domain with people leadership responsibility — coaching, developing, and directing a team of engineers while remaining deeply engaged in the systems engineering work itself. The Supervisor will translate customer and business requirements into robust technical solutions, ensuring the team's designs meet cost, quality, safety, and cybersecurity targets. They will act as the primary technical and people leader for the Enclosures FSE team, partnering closely with cross-functional core teams, program leadership, and the supply base to ensure features are delivered on time and to spec. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has both walked the systems engineering V-model themselves and can now guide others through it.
