An Engineering Program Manager provides support and/or lead teams through the Engineering development process and implementation of company's products. Projects are typically shorter-term, less complex and more contained with a defined time frame. Programs are typically longer-term, multi-functional, multi-project with complex requirements and effort. Manage activities, resource capability, schedules, budgets, and ensure cross company communications to facilitate product completion on schedule within budget. Work with engineering management to identify and improve process and program efficiencies.

PROGRAM MANAGER-BODY SYSTEMS. DESCRIPTION
Program Tracking & Reporting Manage and maintain detailed tracking of part releases, engineering changes, and material certifications. Develop and update program timing charts, status dashboards, and health reports using JIRA and Confluence. Identify risks, delays, and dependencies early; communicate impacts and mitigation plans to stakeholders. Create and manage program boards, workflows, and dashboards to monitor engineering deliverables. Ensure consistent documentation and process adherence across teams using Confluence pages and templates. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate between engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment on milestonesand deliverables. Facilitate regular status meetings, publish action items, and follow up to ensure completion. Communication & Reporting Prepare concise executive summaries, timing updates, and program health metrics for leadership reviews. Support data-driven decision-making by maintaining accurate, real-time visibility into project progress.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. 3+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment. Experience working in engineering development, automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing environments. Familiarity with part release processes, engineering change management, and product lifecycle management (PLM)systems. Knowledge of Agile or Stage-Gate development processes. Knowledge of JIRA or Confluence English (C1-C2) 12 months contract
