•$190,000 (based on experience) Project Type Data centers Large-scale ground-up construction Prefabrication/prefab construction experience a plus Tiello is currently partnered with a growing electrical construction company leading a large-scale data center build project. They are looking to bring on a Senior Project Manager immediately to help lead this flagship data center project from the ground up, working out of company headquarters. Role Summary The Senior Project Manager will take ownership of a large-scale data center project, overseeing schedule, budget, and full financial performance from planning through completion. This role carries significant financial responsibility, including tracking and reporting on project profit and loss, and requires strong senior-level leadership as the project team builds out. Job Responsibilities Lead day-to-day project management for a large-scale data center project Own full financial performance of the project, including P&L tracking and reporting Track and report on project productivity, budgets, and schedules Oversee and support project managers working beneath the senior level Utilize Bluebeam and Procore for day-to-day project management Provide regular project updates to company leadership Support staffing and planning as the project team builds out Qualifications / Requirements Minimum 5+ years of project management experience; 5-10 years preferred for senior-level consideration Data center project experience required Proven experience owning project financials, including P&L tracking and reporting Experience with Bluebeam and Procore Exposure to prefabrication construction methods a plus Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Able to work full-time, in-office at company headquarters Available to start immediately Tiello LLC is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
