Design Coordinator Poland / Lubiatowo Permanent ⚡ Looking to be part of one of Europe's most significant nuclear infrastructure projects? Talascend Polska, a First Recruitment Group company, are seeking a Design Coordinator to support the delivery of a landmark nuclear new-build programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a globally recognised engineering team working on a complex, large-scale project that will play a key role in the future of clean energy generation. What you'll be doing
- Coordinating multidisciplinary engineering design activities across major project workstreams
- Managing design deliverables, schedules and technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Supporting design reviews, constructability assessments and stakeholder engagement
- Acting as a key interface between engineering teams, project management and clients What we're looking for
- Experience in a Design Coordinator, Design Manager or Engineering Coordination role
- Background within Nuclear, Energy, Infrastructure, Industrial or Major Capital Projects
- Strong understanding of engineering design processes and technical documentation management
