As an Operating Engineer 2, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting building operations and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

$30 to $32 per hour What's the Job? Monitor and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, water cooling, and other mechanical systems to ensure optimal operation. Oversee repair and preventive maintenance activities for building systems, ensuring safety and efficiency. Manage inventory of tools and supplies necessary for building operations and maintenance. Supervise contractors and coordinate work within the building to maintain high standards of safety and performance. Implement safety protocols, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. What's Needed? 2-3+ years of facility-related work experience, including customer service, leadership, and supervisory roles. Associate Degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent work experience. Knowledge of maintenance processes, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems. Working knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office and CMMS systems. Certification as a Universal Technician for CFCs (or within 90 days of employment) and Operating Engineers license (SMA) or equivalent. What's in it for me?
