We are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. As the HVAC Manager, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, manage a team of technicians, and ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. Manage and lead a team of HVAC technicians. Develop and implement HVAC maintenance plans and schedules. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Provide technical support and guidance to the team. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion. Manage budgets and resources effectively. Maintain strong relationships with clients and address any concerns promptly. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HVAC Manager. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications and licenses. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
