Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment. Diagnose mechanical issues and correct them. Respond quickly to emergencies, often after hours. Oversee and plan upgrades and renovations. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Maintain a daily log of tasks and coordinate with the facilities management team. Provide training and support to junior engineering staff. Required Skills Strong knowledge of building systems including electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. Ability to read system schematics and operational manuals. Hands-on experience with tools and maintenance equipment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
