Our client, a leading facilities management and building operations company , is seeking an Operating Engineer 3 to join their team. As an Operating Engineer 3 , you will be part of the Engineering and Facilities Operations Department supporting the Building Operations and Maintenance Team . The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills , excellent problem-solving abilities , and strong attention to detail , which will align successfully in the organization.

$30.00 - $36.00/hour What's the Job? Perform preventive maintenance and complete work orders on building systems and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems to minimize downtime. Operate and monitor building equipment to ensure safe and efficient performance. Maintain accurate maintenance, repair, and operational records. Support building automation systems while collaborating with maintenance and operations teams. What's Needed? 3+ years of experience with a degree OR 5+ years of experience in a high-rise building and/or data center environment. Strong experience troubleshooting HVAC and electrical systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel. Experience performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and work order management. EPA 608 or EPA 609 Certification preferred. What's in it for Me?
