Qualifications & Experience High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of two years of vocational or technical training. At least two years of engineering or maintenance experience. Experience working in technical, themed entertainment, attractions, or similar environments is highly desirable. Professional qualification in a mechanical or electrical discipline is preferred. Ability to troubleshoot and maintain a wide variety of equipment and systems. Experience working effectively in high-pressure environments and managing multiple priorities. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and service. Technical Skills Experience working with mechanical, electrical, and control systems. Comfortable inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment ranging from 24V DC to 480V AC . Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and inspection processes. Ability to use computers and maintenance management systems effectively. Working Conditions This role requires flexibility and a willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support operations.
