Product Transfer Engineer Contract:

Contract Shift:

1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Our client, a global leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a Product Transfer Engineer to support high-impact product transfer and manufacturing initiatives. This role works across Product Transfer, Operations, and Divisional teams and will provide hands-on engineering support for product transfers, manufacturing processes, documentation, and validation activities. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Engineering required 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment Experience executing equipment and process validations Experience writing procedures for manufacturing or operating processes Experience creating manufacturing documentation Experience in an FDA-regulated or other regulated industry Experience with complex problem-solving related to manufacturing or design technical issues Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills Proven ability to work effectively in a team-based environment Ability to identify and implement new and improved ways of doing things What You'll Do Provide engineering support for product transfers , ensuring activities are completed and documented according to company procedures Monitor and control project progress while applying sound engineering principles Create manufacturing documentation including SOPs, DMRs, DHRs, PFMEAs, and Process Control Plans Write and execute equipment, cleaning, and process validations Train operators and sustaining engineers on production processes Ensure process and product quality meets applicable operation and material specifications Investigate manufacturing yield issues and implement improvements on the production line Work collaboratively with Product Transfer, Operations, and Divisional partners Ensure adherence to GMP and safety procedures The Product Transfer Engineer will play a key role in supporting product transfers while ensuring manufacturing processes, documentation, and validations meet established quality and regulatory requirements.

Pay:

$52.00 - $54.00 per hour
