We are seeking a Supplier Quality Manager to join our engineering team in New York. This role could focus on managing supplier quality systems, ensuring compliance with manufacturing standards, and driving continuous improvement across our supply chain partnerships. • Quality Assurance What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Managing supplier quality systems and ensuring compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements Conducting supplier audits and assessments, documenting findings and managing corrective action requests Coordinating quality documentation, specifications, and testing protocols with design and manufacturing teams Supporting the development and implementation of quality management systems (QMS) across the supplier network Collaborating with procurement and operations teams to resolve quality issues and improve supplier performance Tracking supplier metrics and preparing quality reports for management review Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization with key suppliers What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: 5-10 years of experience in supplier quality, quality engineering, or a related quality assurance role Working knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, and manufacturing processes Experience conducting supplier audits, managing corrective actions, and quality documentation 1-2 years of experience leading or mentoring team members Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering, manufacturing, and procurement Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Authorization to work in the United States Nice-to-have qualifications include experience with CAD systems, design controls, testing protocols, and field application knowledge.
