We are hiring an experienced Recruiter for an immediate 30-day contract assignment supporting a well-established environmental services company in the North Irving area. This is a hands-on recruiting role focused primarily on industrial, transportation and field-service positions. We need someone who can step in quickly, understand the positions, source candidates aggressively and start producing results without a long ramp-up period. Technicians Environmental / Industrial Field Technicians Wash Technicians Operations Supervisors Other industrial and field-service positions as needed What You'll Be Doing Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple open positions Proactively source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals and direct outreach Recruit Class A CDL drivers and industrial / field-service candidates Review resumes and applications for required licenses, certifications and relevant experience Conduct phone screens and candidate interviews Present qualified candidates to hiring managers Coordinate interviews and keep candidates moving through the process Maintain strong follow-up with both candidates and hiring managers Keep recruiting activity and candidate information organized and current Work with urgency to fill active openings quickly without sacrificing candidate quality What We're Looking For Previous recruiting experience required Strong preference for experience recruiting in one or more of the following areas: CDL / transportation Industrial services Environmental services Skilled trades Construction Manufacturing Warehouse / logistics Field operations Comfortable recruiting candidates who may require licenses, certifications, driving qualifications or safety-related experience Strong sourcing skills — not someone who relies only on incoming applications Able to manage multiple openings at once Strong interviewing and candidate qualification skills Organized, responsive and strong with follow-up Able to work independently and hit the ground running Comfortable working onsite in North Irving Assignment This is currently expected to be a 30-day contract assignment and is best suited for an experienced recruiter who is available immediately and comfortable jumping into an active recruiting environment.

Pay:

$27.32 - $32.90 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
