Manufacturing Engineer Intern - Fall 2026

Depends on Experience This position is expected to work 20 hours/week, running 9/14 through 12/11 The Engineering Intern assists the Engineering team with production projects and continuous improvement initiatives. The position provides hands-on Engineering experience in an electronics manufacturing environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities + Helps develop, improve and revise manufacturing processes + Helps design and implement tooling and fixtures for effective manufacturing + Helps analyze failures and troubleshoots to improve test yields + Supports purchasing, quality, test, and production departments to ensure product integrity is maintained + Supports cost justification studies and ROI for capital equipment + Creating and updating work instructions + Supports SOW development for equipment implementation and validation Job Requirements + Currently enrolled in college or university Engineering Program. + Junior or Senior level, preferred. Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering discipline, preferred. + Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office. + Working knowledge of AutoCAD or SolidWorks, preferred.
