Promote and utilize Lean methodologies (Kaizen, Kanban, 5S) to drive process improvements and reduce operational scrap and rework for Our Client. Investigate and quickly perform root cause analysis on component and assembly failures to resolve daily manufacturing issues. Implement critical engineering change orders through the management of change system to support continuous equipment and process optimizations. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, R&D, and maintenance to implement sustainable solutions that drive manufacturing excellence.
