We're looking for an engineer who enjoys improving processes, implementing new equipment, and solving problems that make a measurable impact on safety, quality, and efficiency. What You'll Bring ?? 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience ?? Process improvement and continuous improvement expertise ?? Experience with DOE, FMEA, SPC, or similar quality tools ?? AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks experience ?? Industrial automation experience is a plus Why This Opportunity?- Lead high-impact improvement projects from idea to implementation
