Job Description

Manufacturing Quality Engineer responsible for improving production quality, implementing corrective actions, maintaining quality control systems, and supporting manufacturing engineering processes. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience. Experience in industrial, reliability, design, manufacturing, or quality engineering. Experience developing, monitoring, or maintaining quality control systems and procedures. Experience investigating manufacturing quality issues and implementing corrective actions. Experience using engineering tools, systems, and databases. Experience supporting continuous improvement projects involving safety, quality, efficiency, or cost. Experience working with manufacturing and production operations. Experience using SAP or similar manufacturing/ERP systems. Preferred Skills Shop floor experience in a union manufacturing environment. Experience with CVML. Experience with torque tooling. Experience with mistake-proofing or error-proofing systems. Experience with JDAAT coding. Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Experience with SAP and Ignition. Experience with MPPlanner. Experience with AutoCAD. Experience with Creo View. Experience supporting supplier quality activities. Job Responsibilities Identify and implement continuous improvement projects affecting safety, quality, efficiency, and manufacturing cost. Develop, monitor, and maintain quality control systems and production quality procedures. Verify products and manufacturing processes meet established quality standards and customer requirements. Investigate manufacturing and supplier quality issues. Develop and implement corrective actions for identified quality problems. Support manufacturing, operations, and supplier quality functions in resolving production issues. Use SAP, MPPlanner, JDAAT, and related manufacturing systems to perform engineering activities. Support mistake-proofing initiatives using torque tooling, CVML, and related technologies. Analyze manufacturing and quality data to identify process improvement opportunities. Maintain engineering, quality, and production documentation. Support MES configuration, coding, and manufacturing system activities. Assist with implementation and maintenance of production quality controls throughout manufacturing and delivery processes.
Pay:
