A CNC and Machining Manufacturing Engineer programs, maintains, repairs and tests programmable instrumentation (CNC) that uses letters, numbers and symbols to automate machine operating processes within high precision engineering manufacturing environment. Often work within the electronics, automotive, aerospace, and optical industries.
Schedule field service engineers/technicians for startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, warranty, training, and preventive maintenance work. Maintain the service calendar, confirm site readiness, coordinate travel, and prioritize service requests. Serve as the customer contact for scheduling, status updates, training coordination, and warranty follow-up. Support project engineers and field teams with startup documentation, service reports, training records, and closeout requirements. Coordinate parts, consumables, tools, warranty returns, and logistics with internal support teams. Track open service activities through completion and prepare reporting on startups, warranty response, utilization, and customer satisfaction. Support invoicing, expense reconciliation, service contract administration, renewals, and aftermarket opportunities.
Qualifications:
3+ years of service coordination, project coordination, customer support, industrial equipment service, or field service experience. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP, CRM, or field service system experience preferred. Ability to understand technical documentation, equipment schedules, project plans, and service requirements. Industrial water treatment, chemical feed, controls, or oxidant equipment experience preferred.

Target Salary Range:
$60,000 - $85,000 per year, paid hourly. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, experience, level, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
