Job Description:
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement projects for safety, quality, delivery, and cost
  • Lead and manage small to moderate scope capital projects
  • Establish and maintain layouts, labor standards, methods and sequence of events for assembly operations
  • Analyze, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for current assembly operations What Skills You Need
  • 1 or more years of experience with manufacturing processes, quality, tooling, preventative maintenance, and facilities
  • Experience with engineering tools and manufacturing execution systems
  • Experience leading and implementing projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication skills with operators, peers, and leadership
  • Self-motivated and able to execute with minimal supervision Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology discipline or equivalent related work experience (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical engineering preferred)
  • Strong personal accountability, follow-through, and ability to foster a positive, engaged team environment Identify and implement cost reduction, quality, safety and ergonomic improvement ideas for loader cab assembly operations
