In this role, you'll design engaging learning experiences that make complex hardware, networking, and programming concepts clear and practical for learners at foundational and advanced levels. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to build innovative training materials that prepare the next generation for real-world careers. What You'll Do:
Partner with engineering, technical writing, multimedia, and graphic design teams to create training outlines and hands-on learning activities for new and updated products. Work closely with technical writers and subject matter experts to turn concepts into effective, learner-centered training systems. Research emerging technologies and industry trends to keep curriculum content current, relevant, and practical.What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field. 3+ years of experience in networking, programming, or a closely related area. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Nice toHave:
Experience with industrial networking and hands-on use of networked PLCs and HMIs. Working knowledge of PLC programming, especially Allen-Bradley CompactLogix and ControlLogix. Familiarity with network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.Why Join Amatrol:
