This role will be assigned to a specific program and work directly alongside a senior Manufacturing Engineer to support process engineering, manufacturing execution, and continuous improvement initiatives within a low-volume, high-mix manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing or industrial engineering, experience creating and maintaining manufacturing documentation, and the ability to drive process improvements in a complex production setting. Candidates with experience in aerospace, defense, medical device manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience supporting the production of electro-optical products or precision assemblies. Background in Quality Engineering (QE). Experience participating in MRRs and PRRs.
