As a Manufacturing Engineer specializing in assembly, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of various engineering initiatives. You will function within a collaborative team setting, working alongside fellow engineers, supervisors, and production staff to streamline the order fulfillment workflow. Key Responsibilities Manage and carry out essential engineering projects. Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional departments to drive collective success. Dedicate approximately three-quarters of your time to active work on the production floor. Qualifications Minimum of one year of hands-on process engineering experience. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment. Strong project management capabilities to ensure timely delivery. High level of proficiency using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Strong communication and analytical problem-solving abilities. Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Technology, or equivalent professional experience. This is an onsite position; remote work is not an option. Physical capability to spend roughly 75% of your shift standing or walking in a factory setting. Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 30 lbs. Requirement to wear metatarsal safety footwear starting on your first day. Technical Skills Background in designing manufacturing processes and assembly lines. Working knowledge of MES, SAP, AutoCAD, and Creo software. Experience in the design of safety systems and controls engineering. Proficiency in troubleshooting and programming FANUC robotics is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits:
The standard hourly base pay for this position ranges from $35.81 to $42.00. Non-exempt staff members qualify for overtime pay at 1.5 times their base rate for any hours exceeding 40 per week, or as dictated by local regulations. Final salary offers are determined based on your specific experience, education, and skill set.
