100% Onsite Position Overview We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support manufacturing operations in a factory environment. This role is ideal for candidates with an engineering or technical background who possess strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills. Recent graduates with relevant manufacturing internship experience are encouraged to apply. Work Details Fully onsite position; remote work is not available. Business casual dress code.

Interview preference:

Microsoft Teams. Metatarsal safety boots are required on the first day. This is a shop floor position, and candidates must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Approximately 80% of the workday will be spent on your feet within the factory. Overtime may be scheduled at the end of the shift. Occasional travel between facilities within a 20-mile radius may be required. Key Skills & Qualifications Degree in Technology, Engineering, Communications, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. Recent graduates with manufacturing internship experience are welcome. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication skills. Willingness to learn and adapt. Comfortable working in a factory and shop floor environment. Ability to travel between different areas within the facility as needed. Additional Requirements Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future. Candidates must be comfortable with a fully onsite work arrangement. Candidates must be willing to complete required safety training. Driving Requirements May operate a company-owned Gator inside the factory to travel between office areas and different sections of the facility. All Gator travel will take place indoors; vehicles will not be driven outside. Employees may transport computers, parts, or tools. Other employees may ride along when traveling to the same location. Driving a personal vehicle to other facilities within a 20-mile radius may occasionally be required. Rental cars are not used for this travel. Operating a tractor inside the factory is optional and requires successful completion of safety training. Candidates who are unable to support the optional driving requirement may be informed after offer acceptance.
