Job Description
Job Description Summary We are seeking a versatile and technically driven Lead Additive Manufacturing Engineer to own the maturation of AM processes and products from concept through to full production deployment. As a Lead Engineer, you will act as a technical authority, bridging the gap between design innovation and manufacturing reality. While Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) is our primary technology, you will have the opportunity to influence the application of diverse modalities (e.g., Binder Jetting, EBAM, DED) across complex gas turbine components. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role requiring a mix of deep technical troubleshooting and cross-functional leadership.
