Dublin, Virginia job type: Contract salary: $42.10 - 50.00 per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of manufacturing processes, tooling, and production standards at facility.

Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and ergonomic safety across production operations using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Coordinate new product introductions and engineering changes while balancing work timing, processes, and manpower requirements.

Partner with cross-functional Engineering and Materials teams to conduct design reviews, support prototype builds, and optimize material flow using Lean principles.

Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Manufacturing Engineers to ensure quality performance and plant targets are met.
