Apply Share Job Description Posted Monday, August 17, 2026 at 1:00 AM Precision Tube Company specializes in manufacturing products to match our client's specific needs Position Overview We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead process optimization and innovation in our production facility. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership in continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate across departments to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing operations while driving projects that enhance productivity and product performance. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our manufacturing processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, safety, and quality. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues affecting production equipment, automation systems, and tooling. Lead process improvement and product enhancement projects with measurable results. Provide technical guidance and coaching to cross-functional teams. Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to support production goals. Perform project work and other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment with mechanical/electrical troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, robotics) and electrical systems (PLCs, sensors, motor controls, HMIs). Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma preferred. Key Competencies Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
