Job Description
A well-established industrial manufacturer with a century-plus track record and a global footprint (11,000+ employees across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia) is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join a fast-paced, growing plant supporting production of critical cooling equipment for mission-critical facilities. The Role As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll support production of specialized industrial equipment in a fast-paced, growing plant. You'll focus on improving manufacturing processes, troubleshooting production issues, and driving continuous improvement to boost efficiency and quality. Key Responsibilities Support daily production operations by troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues Develop and optimize assembly and fabrication processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Design Engineering, Quality, and Production Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures Participate in equipment installation, process validation, and new product introductions Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend process improvements Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Other duties as assigned What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, or strong co-op/internship experience Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and process improvement techniques Hands-on problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams Benefits Day one health, dental, and vision coverage Employee Assistance Program Generous parental leave (maternity, paternity, and STD paid at 100%) 401k with company match Life insurance, HSA with employer contribution, FSA options Short and long term disability coverage Competitive PTO and tuition reimbursement #JDP By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
