Job Summary:

Penmac Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Soldering Technicians for a manufacturing facility in Lincoln, AR. This position is ideal for candidates with a stable work history that demonstrates reliability. In lieu of prior work experience, vocational or technical school training, college coursework, or military service will be considered. The Production Soldering Technician will be responsible for inspecting components and materials, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting the production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed inspections of components and materials used in the assembly of circuit cards Examine workmanship for conformity to customer documentation and industry standards Identify and report quality concerns or defects Utilize computers and related systems as required for production processes Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company quality and safety procedures

Qualifications:

Excellent attendance and punctuality are required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to use a computer and work effectively in a team environment Previous quality inspection experience is a plus Stable work history demonstrating reliability, or equivalent vocational, technical, college, or military experience Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screening

Working Conditions:

This position is performed in a manufacturing environment and requires the ability to conduct detailed visual inspections. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Overtime may be required based on production needs.

Shift:

Monday through Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Overtime may be scheduled on Fridays and half-days on Saturdays First-day training will be conducted on 1st shift

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a starting pay rate of $15.00 per hour, paid weekly.
